This Commercial Licence explains how you are allowed to use the digital products you purchase from ARTBUNDY LTD via artbundy.com.

What You Are Buying

When you buy a product from ArtBundy, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital content for your own projects, subject to the terms below. You are not buying the underlying intellectual property or copyright.

Permitted Uses

Subject to these terms, you may:

• Use our resources and content systems to create your own work, content, and ideas.
• Use the resources for commercial projects (e.g., client work, your own business marketing, content creation).

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our digital products "as is" or in a way that competes with ArtBundy.
• Upload or sell our products on marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Gumroad, or similar sites) as your own product.
• Include our original files as a main value component in any product you sell.
• Claim copyright ownership of ARTBUNDY LTD's original content.

Ownership

All digital products remain the intellectual property of ARTBUNDY LTD. You receive a licence to use the content under these terms, but you do not own the source files or underlying IP.

Non-Exclusive Licence

This licence is non-exclusive. ArtBundy may continue to sell the same or similar products to other customers.

Licence Violations

If you violate the terms of this licence (for example, by reselling our products as your own), ARTBUNDY LTD reserves the right to revoke your licence and take further action where necessary.
